I am the ex president of transition Government in Cuba, acting from January 10th, 2011 to January 13th, 2012.
My transition theory was first announced in 2003 when I asked the University of South Florida for a fellowship to formalized the transition teory and the Interine Constitution.
In 2008 I requested President Raul Castro for autorization to develop my project and in 2009 I ask him to permit me represent independent political actors in the high level political dialogue that he was developing with presidents of other countries.
In 2011 I proclamed the Transition Government and the Interine Constitution of the Republic of Antilles, and from January 28 to April 4th, we made an inquery resulting in 61% willing to fallow transition by my project and just 14% not accepting a transition that were based in a negotiation with Castro. The 25% resting was waiting for Governments and mass media to project them selves about the Movement for the Fourth Republic in Cuba.
Castro Government is not willing to permit the mass media he control to inform about my transition project, but in private his officers consider and disscuss with me about my points.
I am interested in disscussing with you the trantion archetypes you develop aplication to Cuba.

I am a Golden Diplomy Psysicist from Havana University and have worked in the development of Holistic Biophysics, a new physics science.
I algo earned a Fellowship from the University of South Florida in 2004 for my transition proyect for Cuba.
