My Dear Friend,

Does God bless you and your family, your electoral campaign and country. Please greet First Lady Michelle on behalf of mine and the people of Cuba.

The death of Oswaldo Payá Sardiñas changes the political scene in Cuba, but do not represent de end of his ideas, dreams nor projects. I am offering his widower Mrs. Ofelia Acevedo, a pathway to legalization for the Christian Movement of Liberation, as a revolutionary club, within the religious institution Cuban Revolutionary Party “José Martí”, for the transition period until de definitive end of Communist Government system.

As you know, I can do this because I have developed negotiations with President Raul Castro -starting in march 10^th, 2008 after his call for political dialogue- for a peaceful political transition in Cuba.

As José Marti did I prepared a political strategy for the unification of all dissident and opposition organizations into a single one to be strong enough to face Castro’s Communist unified Party.

Following the Department of State recommendation for Cuba since 1958, I call for democratic elections for the free people’s Government presidency to be played annually during the transition period, and every four years after the end of Communist Dictating Government System.

On January 10^th, 2011, I assumed the presidency of the Transition Government in the Island of Cuba, and proclaimed the “Republic of Antilles” with separation of the Head of State and the Head of Government positions. The last to be elected by universal suffrage.

The Head of States is call “JEDE” (from Spanish Jefe de Estados, inspired by God) and could get married with a European Princess, as a rule, so this be useful for better political stability and integration.

Indeed the influence areas I have left, in actual situation, are non catholic churches and other religious organizations; to develop Jesus Christ’s “kingdom of heavens” until the moment arrived for fully transition. I, as king David did with king Saul, will respect Castro’s live and Government until God decided to end them. Meanwhile, I work in the future democratic-Cuba organization: the “Republic of Antilles”.

I am already fighting as a conqueror for Methodist Church of Cuba (with 35 thousands members), batistes church “William Carrey” (with may be 2 hundred members) and the International Christian Community (with may be fifty members), for them to accept subordination to the “Republic of Antilles” Constitution.

My model is Catholic Church: developed under the previous political power (Rome Empire/Castro Government) will overcome his end and will be recognized as State having his own land and considering his temples as embassies in other nations.

Hence I hope Her Royal Majesty, Elizabeth II, the Queen of England would be so kind as to give me a nobler title.

Besides, I hope King Karl IV Gustav of Sweden would like to arrange for me a love and political marriage with a European Princess.

So that, what I pray you, my friend President Obama, is to give the land of the Naval Basics of Guantánamo off as a house land for this servant of God.
