Solicitan a Joe Biden y Jack Lew tranferencia de más de 130 000 USD para las elecciones de diciembre en Cuba

Dear Joe,
On May 5,
2014 the Department of Trause certifyed me that I own 10.7 Millions dollars as
result of a UN compensatory assgination.
UN have
agreeed two days ago that US must end the Embargo to Cuba and US have said that
the iniciative correspond to the Cuban people. So that I consulted parlament
members Julio Antonio Rodriguez González, René Joaquín Scull Gil and Enrique
Fernandez Riverón and they authorised me to act as judge on the Embargo matter
and -the two firsts- also to test the Cuban willing to permit the realization
of free electios in Cuba.
Hence I ask
you to please deliber $130'000 + fees in the fallowing scheme:
20 000 in
local curence for each of the four candidates and 50 000.00 for me as the
general organizer of the electios. The transfers could be mada by means of
Western Union money tranfers direct to each person but the transfer information
should be sent to me so I give it to them.
